Quick description on BDP (Broadcaster Development Program)

PT. Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (Trans TV) realizes that business competition and challenge in Indonesia media industry is getting more complicated and tighter. Therefore, there is a need to have and develop strategies to strengthen the organization to cope the competition. One of the strategies is to prepare the human resources that are specifically trained to be the qualified broadcaster of the organization and even of Indonesia.

Foregrounding on this, Trans TV have created and implemented a program named BDP (Broadcaster Development Program) which is part of Human Resources Development project. BDP is a structurized process of employee training lasts for around 1 year period in which new employee are being trained and equipped with needed knowledge and skills. At the end of the program, they will have a standardized knowledge and skill of a qualified broadcaster. Tracking back the record, the programs has been conducted for 9 times.

Besides technical skills in broadcasting, employees selected to BDP will also get training in soft skills area such as leadership, achievement orientation, managerial competency so that they are capable enough to take the challenge as the future leader.

* This person will analyze and resolve CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality.
* He / She will also Apply proven communication and problem solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations
* Planning both short and long term strategic objectives for CRM programs
* Continually building and refining knowledge base for customer base, including annual Situational Assessment and Marketing Plan for assigned segment
* Assessing competition and category dynamics, analyzing customer needs and identifying market opportunities.
* Developing CRM programs (including development of concept, strategy, targeting, execution and ongoing program management that are consistent with CRM goals and objectives)
* Managing day to day responsibilities of specialist assigned to team, directing Customer Analytics activities in the execution and measurement of CRM programs, and working with other line managers in the marketing to develop new products and promotions that drive segment equity
* Apply proven communication and creative problem solving skills to guide and assist team on issues related to the design, development and deployment of CRM program.
