• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance for (CA,TA), Management or Marketing and equivalent (ABM).
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in each position/field gained in established FMCG companies.
• Excellent communication skill and well converse in English.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• For CA position: qualified accountant and preferably has experienced working at public accounting firms. Possess strong process system skills, ease in working on ERP application (such as SAP).
• For TA position : Certified with Brevet A & B (preferred C), familiar with Monthly and Annual Tax Payment and Report (e-SPT), regular tax and custom audit and objection, and having good understanding on the update Tax regulation.
• For ABM position: Exposure to the full marketing mix and familiar with A&P budgeting, sales forecasting, and P & L analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Field Operator is responsible for operating the equipment and/or facilities in their respective area such as boiler, turbine, WTP/WWTP or FGD as well as monitoring and coordinating the activities with Central Control Room (Unit Controller) to ensure all the systems function properly and safe as required.
Requirements:
* Holds minimum Technical Senior High School (SMK) degree, Diploma Degree (D3) is preferred
* Has minimum 3 years experience in Power Plant Operation or utilities, and minimum 2 years as an Operator
* Has knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting
* Has knowledge in electrical system including high voltage
* Has knowledge in basic mechanical systems including bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment, etc
* Has basic knowledge in C&I including PLC controller
* Adequate ability to communicate in English (spoken, written, read).
