TRAINER EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

* To support B.Braun Medical Indonesia in achieving the business objective by providing applicable and practical high quality standard of training and development.
* To develop appropriate yearly training plan for all departments
* Conduct evaluation of training & facilitators
* Manage budget and control training department expenses

Requirements

* Male / Female in a good health - not more than 35 years of age
* A bachelor and have minimum 5 years experience in similar position
* Excellent in delivering training and measuring result
* Strong in leadership and good interpersonal skill
* Dynamic, interpersonal skill and willingness to learn
* Certification from Training Consultant is preferable
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Willing to travel through Indonesia
